According to the deal, Australia will be sending eight hundred asylum seekers initially to Malaysia. There are 4000 refugees cases for resettlement which are approved by United Nations.

The 800 migrants to be sent to Malaysia will enjoy all the rights that had been denied to over 94,000 registered asylum seekers over years.
