Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, scheduled to be launched November 8, hits the K-Mart shelves this week at least six days ahead of schedule.
A quick check on eBay also revealed a bunch of Modern Warfare 3 titles available for purchase with higher price. The list price of the game is $59.99, but on eBay the title is available in top bids up to $80.
However, Xbox Live Director of Policy and Enforcement, Stephen Toulouse tweeted, "Mw3 pre-release play not authorized. So pls be patient. Playing early may impact your account!"
Last year in November, the Call of Duty: Black Ops was the fastest-selling video game and it also became the most profitable entertainment product of Activision. The developer says the sales of Modern Warfare 3 may reach even higher.
